Des i o hyd i erthygl yn enwi 5 aelod o gôr yr 17eg bataliwn RWF cystadlodd yn Eisteddfod 1915 oedd dal yn fyw ym 1917. Bu'r erthygl yn sôn ynghyd â'r 5 enwyd, roedd hefyd mwy o aelodau. Ydy hyn yn ddigon neu bydd y dirgelwch yn parhau? Beth digwyddodd i aelodau eraill y corau? Pwy oedden nhw? [3/4]

Mae'n cael ei adrodd yn aml mai'r 17eg bataliwn enillodd ond yr 16eg bataliwn oedd yr enillwyr. Ym 1917 gwahoddwyd côr bataliwn y 17eg yn ôl i'r Eisteddfod yn Birkenhead a cyhoeddwyd mai'r arweinydd, Is gorporal Samuel Evans oedd yr unig aelod o'r côr oedd wedi goroesi. [2/4]

I've found an article naming 5 members of the 17th RWF Battalion choir from the 1915 Eisteddfod who were still alive in 1917 and also mentioning that there were more in addition to the 5 named. Does this dispel the myth? Who were the other members of the choirs? What happened to them? [3/4]

The 17th were invited back to the Eisteddfod in Birkenhead in 1917. It was announced that their conductor, Lance Corporal Samuel Evans was the only surviving member of the choir. I've found evidence which shows that there were other surviving members. [2/4]
