At that time I don't know if it was a right thing to do for only forced myself to vomit because I didn't check it to hospital and there was no honey, coconut water, or milk. So go to hospital if you're get poisoned and bring atleast one of those 3 items for you to drink to make the poison out faster

Have you try chamomile tea? It have a good effect to reduce anxiety and insomnia damage. Or maybe there is something you think about untill it make you can't sleep
