This is Crozer-Chester Medical Center in Delaware County, PA. A family rolled up outside the shuttered Emergency Room with a mother saying her baby was not breathing.

Yes, Delaware County, PA went from having 7 hospitals down to only having 2 hospitals to serving a population of over 700,000 people. They lost a burn unit, a trauma unit. Does this show great healthcare in this country??
