The 2nd book impressed me especially since the author did so well with portraying Pip's mental state post everything that happened in book 1 and book 3 was wilddd

Very true! I felt very immersed in the old mansion setting with reminders of my own somewhat haunted countryside house haha

now I need to free up space on the shelves for the trilogy 😁
