Title is All Aboard the Crazy Train against a concrete wall with Optimism for the Emotionally Exhausted sprawled in bright blue underneath. Below is a 3/4 of a gray train engine with a black front, black windows, and a white headlight on a train track. The rest of the cars in black with white windows getting smaller. A blue stripe runs along the outside of the train with Crazy Train graffitied under the stripe. Inspired by Dana Decaro-Swindell in to the right of the train on the same cement block background and underneath is Written by Julie Gordon Turla.
