My cute sketch was actually a set-up to a supremely dumb comic I drew after I saw a post in the Hollow Knight subreddit where someone claimed to name their newborn after Hornet. The thread was quickly scrubbed after tons of redditors pointed out why this was a bad idea.

i still like the rendering on this piece very much! it's old but i thought of it today as i work on another piece of art that is unrelated and also significantly dumber in nature.
