Had an interview with a start up for a full stack developer position (volunteer), was rejected cos I lacked three years of experience. The people who interviewed for unpaid positions had an average experience of five years !
I need experience to gain experience. Sigh.

Inspired from seeing Kolams while growing up in south India.

Kolam - is a form of traditional decorative art that is drawn by using rice flour as per age-old conventions (Tamil word, Wikipedia).
