I have been taking echinacea (see photos) twice a day - when I get up and right before bed - for about 30 years. I also take vitamin c (500mg with rosehips) twice a day - same time as the echinacea. I can only remember having 2 very bad colds in the last 30 years. This combo seems to work for me.
