Famous last words... right before your printer/TV/toaster starts demanding that ONE specific cable you threw away. It's like they can sense when you've gotten rid of their spare parts!
A few years ago, I threw away that box of power cords and cables, and everything has been fine so you can go ahead and do it.

I feel personally called out by #5.🫣 My very patient spouse now expects the 'slight detours' to 'really interesting' graveyards on vacation. And yes, I've totally used 'But honey, this is the ONLY day the archives are open!' to restructure our entire trip.😅
