There is always someone somewhere who would love to trade places with you; be grateful for what you have.

Try to find something positive in every situation, even if it's something as simple as being grateful for the sun shining on your face or a smile from a stranger.

On particularly rough days, when I'm sure I can't possibly endure, I like to remind myself that my track record for getting through bad days so far is 100%, and that's pretty good.
