For those of you monitoring hurricane Hilary, I recommend a meteorologist named Dr. Levi Cowan who has a YouTube channel called “Tropical Tidbits.”
He gives a detailed view of weather systems with lots of charts, but does not replace the need to refer to local weather advisories.

John Lauro, making ridiculous defense arguments for Trump on air, is the same attorney who advised his client, Wendi Adelson, not to ask her brother Charlie if he was involved in the murder of her ex-husband Dan Markel. Meanwhile, Charlie Adelson sits in jail awaiting trial for this murder.

Today we got a glimpse of what it must have been like to have represented Lori Vallow Daybell. She states that she has been given access to heaven and Jesus. She gets visits from her victims and they are happy. Her slain daughter told her that Lori did nothing wrong.

“Grooming” for prison? Texas prisons are the largest mental health facilities in the state. We can’t keep trying to punish our way out of the need to provide mental healthcare, including care for at risk youth. And care should not be provided at the expense of libraries!
