Despite having 2 fave actresses in the cast and Mick Herron as the source, Down Cemetery Road lacks the pleasures of Slow Horses. I’ve seen 2 eps and find it improbable in a bad way (as imposed to the good way of SH). Kind of over the top. What does everyone else think?

Been failing to get into this book for years, trying page and audio. This new audio version read by Will Patton has gotten me well into it. He’s a great reader of this and Faulkner. 📚

Was just in Housing Works thrift shop where amazingly for once they had some records that weren’t classical or musicals, and I got this Fever Tree #LP (1968) for $2. Haven’t played it yet.
