Just changed gyms. Wish me luck: 1 1/2 years of weight training helped me become more balanced, stronger, and healthier. Now I'm moving on to a gym with classes, bikes, a pool... as well as weights. Trying out a new trainer on Wednesday. Not bad for an old lady. #nevertooold. #fitnessafter60
