It will taste better than it looks — this week’s lunch plan. But, will these glass jars break in my bag? Knowing me — 50/50 chance.

Found surprise oranges on our table — I’m assuming the dog walker left them there. Always so touched when Kenyans share a gift of fresh fruit.

Was this the Pope’s first “selfie?” One of the most memorable days at work for sure. Such an honour to have spent a special moment with these two men who devoted their lives to people and the planet.

Released in 1985, this set was a collaboration between LEGO and @unicef.org released exclusively in Canada as part of a fundraising effort. It's now apparently one of the most valuable sets ever. www.msn.com/en-xl/news/o...

Welcomed 2025 with a serious bacterial infection probably from the FEW BITES of crab I had on the Kenyan coast from a very reputable (and not cheap) place.

The dr said he has done nothing for 8 days but treat people who spent their holidays at the beach.

Really enjoying this @bondisands.bsky.social sunscreen. Zero smell. Zero stickiness. It works well in the East African sun.
