I think (maybe?) that leadership *is* management? You have to be able to get people to do what you need them to do, and charismatic personality driven ‘leadership’ will only get you so far.

No - sounds interesting. I’ve got this though which I found very useful. I also found Miss Claire Benjamin on Insta who has excellent insights.
