I read through your whole post which brought back so many memories. I went to the court house when Bill was there for the real estate case. He wife Gwen was also charged. RECO who brought the charge was going for the max fine of 25k but I heard the judge was so fed up with him they doubled the fine

It is beautiful. Even inland. We are about 10 minutes to the ocean.

Seems the owner Comcast has been reported that it may happen. Who knows but thats the word out there.

Frig yes. I remember that but had his property so overpriced I knew it couldn’t happen 🤣. I was one of a number of Kawartha Realtors he wanted to sue in 2013/14
