You absolutely have the explanation!! My husband was waiting for a buyout before he retired in 2016. Why would no news service explain what you explained? Anyone who was thinking of retiring or changing jobs last year just waited until they could get the possibility of extra money.

We used to ride after the bug sprayer truck on our bikes when we were 7. I got cancer at 65. But, now that I’m not a kid, at 75, I’m completely vaccinated, demand my grandkids wear a bike helmet and drink fluoridated water, and vote Democratic. I got smarter. Just rotten to see America get dumber.
