Should have asked whether he agrees with the emancipation proclamation. It’s pretty obvious he has no respect or appreciation for Black culture.

I was in public school in the 50s. There was no Bible study. It was assumed that our parents took us to Sunday school if they wanted this kind of instruction.

Most people who can’t afford to buy homes work a lot harder than this guy ever did. They are waiting on tables, working in hot kitchens, taking care of children and the elderly, standing all day at retail establishments, etc., etc.

During the final months of his life, my husband received compassionate and highly skilled care from an RN from the Republic of the Congo. I’ll be forever grateful that this individual chose to come to our country.

On MLK weekend. Shameful.

Did they ask what order she was supposed to comply with—the order to leave the premises?

Need to get the criminals off the street, yes. The only criminals are the ones that work for her.

Congress needs to act now to put the brakes on warmongering.
January 9, 2026 at 10:09 PM
These guys need to be disarmed. They act like they’re at war with their fellow citizens.

That is true socialism, right?
December 22, 2025 at 10:32 PM
Elected officials in the Democratic Party never did any of those things and never directed that they be done. This is a blatantly false equivalency.

Doesn’t know what else he can say. How about “The president’s comments were despicable.”
December 17, 2025 at 3:09 PM
By the way, the president is commander of chief of the U.S. Armed Forces. He is not commander-in-chief of the U.S. The country is run by three branches of government, not one.

ACA would be much more affordable than it is, except that Republicans were unwilling to accept any plan that did not give business to private insurance companies. I have Medicare, and it is truly affordable. Why can’t everyone have that? Republicans don’t want it. That’s why

If you don’t like insurance companies, then please use your voice to lobby for Medicare for all or something similar. But we know that that won’t happen overnight. The only fix that will work right now is to extend the ACA subsidies.
December 10, 2025 at 2:27 PM
The ACA subsidies that they refuse to pass are money to help people pay for health care via a marketplace that is already set up. So they can just pass that and call it something different.
December 9, 2025 at 2:48 PM
These guys think you can just flick a switch to make these changes. I’m sure there’s a ton of red tape involved. Bureaucracy doesn’t move fast…unless, of course, they’re cutting off aid to needy people…for that, they act quickly under this regime.

IMHO the graphic could have been better. You have to study it a bit, which most people won’t do when watching tv. But it’s good that they tried.

Has he ever looked at the ACA web site? The ACA *does* give you a choice between multiple instance companies and multiple levels of coverage.
November 11, 2025 at 10:41 PM
Their party insisted that insurance companies be involved in the ACA! Otherwise we’d have a much better system, similar to Medicare.
November 11, 2025 at 9:49 PM
Yes you implemented your own policies like tariffs that raise prices by double-digit percentages.

Thx for the reminder, Asha … I just sent my donation.
