That is true. It's a good way of thinking.

Well I think the "talent" is the ability to break things down and reconstruct it. I still have to learn that way of thinking. Plus I'm paralyzed by comparing myself.

I have on and off drawing but I really want to get better. Even do digital.

I have been drawing for years but, and I had a friend who was a lot more naturally talented helping me back then.
