50-60 years ago, In The richest country the world has ever known, the “Greed is Good” GOP pushed the idea that Trickle Down Econ (i.e. we must make the “Job creators”richer and they will pay those that work for them more) relied solely on the ethics of people who only cared about themselves.

Growing up in a home that was steeped for generations in the Republican Party, this is the best distillation of what constitutes the overarching believe system/world view of Conservatives, libertarians & Republicans.
Another way to say it is “I got mine, get your own”.

Every one of these men were sold to El Salvador… Trump is paying them our tax money to take “deportees” because other countries know it’s wrong. these innocent until proven guilty men are wrongfully imprisoned, and trump will do the same to any of us if he and his henchmen are not stopped now.
