Some progress so far. I've been able to get higher order funcs to work. Added a makeshift REPL.

Rewrote the parser from Parsec to Happy + Alex. Happy about the results so far.

Going to try and get through as much as I can over the weekend.

About to write my masters thesis on structured operational semantics.
