Ready for spring!

I always pay for a good day as I do far too much. I'm learning, slowly.

I also have it. It can be debilitating at times but I push myself all the time. Some days, like today, it rained, I hurt and sat in my recliner with a heated throw most of the afternoon. Self care is important.
