im getting my childhood cat but at some point id also like to get a morning glory design somewhere. they're my favorite flower and used to grow wild in a bunch of places around south florida, and there are morning glory species in okinawa too!

its taken me a while to figure out what id want tattooed on me and in a style i wouldnt get tired of eventually but i think ive finally settled on something. i used to think id get hajichi first but id like an okinawan tattoo artist to do that and there isnt one near me.

this isnt something i worry about too much bc while i like having Stuff i don't usually mourn the loss of any of it and anyway i have contingency plans on top of contingency plans for keeping us sheltered if and when needed

one of my friends pointed out that i live in my apartment like its a temporary space even though ive been here almost 15 years now and i think its bc im always expecting in the back of my mind that we will suddenly be evicted and ill have throw all of my stuff away and start my life over
