i read "The summer you were there" fully knowing it was a tragedy and still broke down crying. It was so good, but I can't stop the tears.

This story really got me crying. It's a historical manga where the main girl tries to replace her brother after his unfortunate death. The way the story is told is really powerful and it's become one of my favourite manga.

This was honestly a pretty hard manga to read. Not because it was bad but because of heart breaking it was seeing the despair emotions Hana goes through as Makoto slowly loses more and more of herself. Would recommend? Yes.
