I know there isn't anything to suggest this but I like to think that may once a year for their anniversary, Dami takes over bat duties in Gotham and Jason does the same in the League, just so that the two can spend the day together...

Also, you might say that Tim being made the CEO would go again this point, but Tim is still from one of the wealthy, old families. Bruce raising Tim is like how noble families sent their heirs to be warded with their allies. In many ways the way Bruce treats his kids tracks with what is expected.

I think there is, and in some ways I think it's sort of expected.
Like, I'm not up to date on the comics but from what I remember and from what I see in fanon, most of the rich in Gotham are coming from old money, with old family fortunes. They would expect Bruce to care more for his byo boy.
