A Dawn of Onyx is the next read. So far it’s fantastic. Engaging and genuinely interesting. I’m halfway through and haven’t gotten bored yet. As I have the attention span of a goldfish, know this is a large miracle.

Murder By Cheesecake was true to the source. Great characterization. Well worth the read if you’re a Golden Girls fan. A good read.

I am five chapters in and it really feels like I’m back watching Golden Girls again. Murder by Cheesecake is turning out to be a fun read.

I’m teaching myself to do a thing because I am mad at assholes. It’s not good yet but here’s what I have so far.

Getting a tiny bit easier but it’s still very difficult at times.

Finished a third square and it was the hardest. The thread knotted somehow in the middle of it. Still don’t know what happened

Got second square done. Tying a knot in the thread is super hard even after searching YouTube for tricks. Probably just take practice.

In an attempt to distract myself from the rapidly crumbling state of our society, I tried to dust off my ancient sewing skills. I’m barely competent but it turned out ok.

So far The Last One by Rachel Howzell Hall is really good. I have trouble paying attention to things these days and I made it through the first six chapters without even realizing it. It was like old times again. Interesting characters, fascinating world.
