I'd say 1962 or 1963? Even though Glen Eden was founded in 1963, the sale was in escrow during 1962 and the Natural Life Foundation was allowed to have an event that year.

That has been sort of true here in So Cal so far this spring. Highs in the 90s, then a week later, highs in the low 60s. Not exactly "grab the mittens," but we're spoiled.
