The technological advances showcased today reminded me why I fell in love with radiotherapy and being a therapeutic radiographer. At every point, people with lived experience were at the forefront of conversation and how we can make radiotherapy more accurate with less damage to normal tissue.

Reflecting on how I’ve doubted myself since I was a kid but how I am now coming to terms with being a ‘leader’ in my professional and personal life.
