Yesterday, I chaired a meeting to plan the expansion of #PORT to cover the whole of Plymouth.Plymouth Overdose Response Team aims to provide harm reduction interventions for people who have experienced an overdose. Another great example of #MDT working in #Plymouth with a focus on #harmreduction.
