I recommend going to every stop on the Yamanote Line you haven't been to before and taking a walk. It'll let you experience the quieter sides of Tokyo and find some really good cafes and stores.
Yokohama is also a great city and it has its own amusement park. It's a 30~50m train ride from Shibuya.

As an Asian, it feels weird to me for ppl to assume that any and all black haired, not-stereotypically-white looking characters "are the same." Not to explicitly say they're racist, but yeahhhhh... Not to mention just how rude it is as other repliers have pointed out.

Won't say it's the best, but I do love how Demyx from Kingdom Hearts uses a sitar to control water and smack people.
