‘tis the damn season for evermore. We need plaid, frosty trees, and French braided hair (it’s just better if you’re going to wear a hood or a hat!). Plus that album just feels like it would taste like cinnamon. It’s perfect.

I wear earbuds because they dampen sound enough to help me sleep but not so much that anxiety keeps me awake. If I need more quiet I can always play white noise (or a podcast/audiobook). Before I found my sweet spot camping was fun but sleepless. Now it’s manageable.
