What are the chances of the Republicans keeping their pledge regarding the ACA subsidies? Trump has been keen on ending the ACA for years; this is a gift to him. He will never permit this legislation to continue.

You can lie all you want about inflation being under control, and a great jobs report, but the people can't be fooled. Lying might have worked during the Trump campaign but it only goes so far.

I ride at our winter home in the Yucatan in the winter. Completely flat, but can be pretty windy in the afternoon, so we leave at 6:30AM for a 35 to 45 mile ride, depending on what our route is. I've been doing it for 15 years, and at 76, forever thankful I am still feeling good after the ride.

Wow, hard to believe people without a job cannot afford to go to restaurants to have a nice meal. I would have never guessed this. I suppose the next thing they will tell us is the unemployed cannot afford to go on vacation? What is this world coming to?

About time. Warren Zevon is one of the top 5 Rock and Roll singer/songwriters of all time. He should have been inducted in the first class to the RRHOF.

The establishment these days, seems to forget that rock and roll and the counterculture of the 70's were always political. Fueled by the opposition to the Vietnam war, our movement was not popular by most US residents. People like Springsteen were ALWAYS political. (anti anti-war protestors, 1970)
