Think it’s worse than that. Marco Rubio was enforcing Trump’s ‘Don-roe’ document and claiming the western hemisphere for the US, asking why China and Iran need Venezuelan oil. It’s from Trump’s authoritarian and now imperialist mindset. I fear the ‘big capitulation’ means it won’t be stopped.

When will US citizens believing in government of by and for the people be taking their country back? Midterms are too far away. And if China attacks Taiwan tomorrow and exiles their President, Lai Ching-te and his wife, what can anyone say?

Threads being boring must reflect your experience/opinion. I think Bluesky still has a lot to get right. Why not increase the character limit, provide the ability to edit for a short period after posting, etc? I often see on here complaints about not seeing posts of followed people… hit char limit ☹️
