Third examination update: By October 2025, ⭐️35,156 participants had taken part in the third round of examinations – across Germany, in 18 NAKO study centres! 💪
⭐️5,394 participants received an MRI scan in addition to the regular NAKO programme.

📣 Scientists from Germany and abroad can now apply for data from the baseline and additional from the first re-examination, the 5-year follow-up. The data from two different time points enables research projects to study development of diseases and the underlying causes.
