I see setting one goal as something that may be more attainable. Focusing on one thing vs a plan full of multiple things could be overwhelming but also a distraction to what the actual outcome is or what it is I’m trying to attain. I hope that makes sense.

No I agree completely. That’s one thing I tried to do when I turned 30, but at that time I changed my plans to accommodate this new relationship. I’m 38 and have yet to take a solo trip, but it’s needed to focus solely on me, my happiness, reconnecting with myself & things that bring me joy & reset.

I believe that but to add to that, when I know and feel the alignment is off even now in my marriage, it’s so hard to make that move which may mean separation. I hate settling and I think I’m past just staying in relationships to be comfortable and not disrupt my lifestyle, but it’s still so hard.

I’ve already started with eliminating teas, coffee is a struggle, sweets. The next would be eliminating bread or reducing consumption. So, I’d love tips.
