We're autistic (AuDHD), trans and plural.
Don't know why, but I always get my skin going raw under the elastics. I like them, but I can't wear them for more than a few hours.

I'm not from the US, but Europe.
I'm autistic and trans.
I had few issues getting HRT (because I DIYed for 6 months).
Access to bottom surgery was delayed for over a year by insurance "expert", who had no clue about trans issues and less of a clue of autism in adults, using autism as main argument.
