Found that mixing in talcum or baby powder, just a small amount, helps a lot with it filling and spreading. Seems like its less likely to chip/flake when sanding too.

Made getting smooth results on these waaaaay less mind numbing.

I'm just now getting to sanding and prep on the foam parts of the 40k Kasrkin armor I'm working on and "prop sanding time warp" is way too real.

btw the SLA resin on FDM prints tip you gave me a while back has been a life saver. Way faster and smoother results.

Picked up one of these sized in tall to get the tunic look the Kasrkin armor has. I'm 5'9 so it extends past my hips. Little baggy in places but plan to hem it a bit once I finish the armor.
