Right?? What the heck. I guess all I'm hearing is more luxury apartments no one can afford. UNLESS, they mean "affordable" by "under average price" of most apartments. My one bedroom I had was $2300 a month, so maybe 16 studios/one bedrooms way below that? I can only hope ><
