hate when i’m on a good reading roll, and then a book i’ve started makes me slow down, because i don’t really like it/it’s not good timing for it. it’s hard for me to pause one and pick up another; i always feel like i need to finish it first.

maybe i missed it, but i do not understand how the whole #severance team decided to stay when the last time they were conscious, they were literally hellbent on escaping, telling their outie what’s going on, & the “improvements” were clearly a joke. maybe it’ll be clear later.

after reading ‘the message,’ i really wonder will journalistic integrity ever return. the impact of writing is so high, yet there seems to be little and less concern about objectivity.

I’m a nerd so I’m going back and reading all the books I had to read in AP English in high school to see how my perspective has changed as an adult. I’m almost done with Pride & Prejudice lol. Think I’ll start The Awakening next.
