I have been making a joke for like the last 10 years that, while doughy now, when I’m 40 I’ll be one of those “I’m in better shape now than I was in my 20’s!”.

That punchline has been nearly the singular thing motivating me to get in shape since Jan.

That and wanting to be in Nazi-punching shape.

The desire to use this app more is there… I just don’t think I know how to tell into the internet void anymore?…

I’m turning 40 in about a week and I’ve gotten real nostalgic - and the more I think about my past, the more I feel like a human version of the Ship of Theseus.
