The weather app in my Pixel phone does it correctly as well, but at 2 instead. Which I just realised is because the switch is synchronised in the entire EU (including you defectors), and that's actually the same time.

It looks like I got an early Christmas present today! Only three years and 3 months after I backed the ZX Spectrum Next Kickstarter! Guess I know what I'll be playing with this Christmas!
