I've been on the bus myself and rode my fair share of slow and fast busses. In the downtown area, there are Loop Link stations and BUS ONLY lanes. But free fare is a completely bad idea.

Problem is - the US has been sticking its nose in foreign affairs for a long time instead of focusing on local U.S citizens only.

Not my fault I never heard of the term 'stenographer'. And I am not stupid or lazy. Policing isn't a video game. If I had went through what cops deal with daily, majority of my reports would end with the words, 'and that's when I shot em'.

Not in the commission of a felony but they do get notified. Cops aren't Superman either. And sometimes police officers themselves fall victim to jackings, robberies, and kidnappings.

I am not a cop myself so I recommend you converse with someone who has actual experience in law enforcement. I very limited in that part.

While that is true to an extent, they can still be arrested for other things even when off the clock, such as DUI or SA.
