If our ease and joy do not arise from our true essence,
they will inevitably fade away.

You don’t need to struggle to keep your thoughts positive.
Return to the essence of life—
in the state of no-thought, positivity and joy flow naturally.

So peaceful, so complete.
Nothing to seek from the outside,
and nothing is ever diminished.

This is what Yoga does:
In the quiet field of luminous sound, you attunes to the subtle resonance that flows through you. As awareness deepens, boundaries and tensions dissolve into stillness. Light and consciousness merge in gentle integration, revealing the wholeness that has always been present.

The final outcome will inevitably be perfect and complete in every way. ♾️

Maitreya Bodhisattva’s Verses of Inquiry

At that moment, Maitreya Bodhisattva rose and, wishing to restate his question, spoke in verse:
“O Manjushri,
why has the World-Honored One,
from the tuft of white hair between his brows,
released a great light
that shines everywhere?

This passage sets the stage for the Lotus Sūtra. The Buddha finishes teaching the Sūtra of Infinite
Meanings, enters deep meditation, and reveals a world-shaking miracle. The assembly is filled with
awe and confusion, and Maitreya Bodhisattva turns to Manjushri for an explanation.

Saddharma-puṇḍrikasūtra

Introductory Chapter：It describes a magnificent assembly where monks, nuns, bodhisattvas, heavenly beings, dragons,
spirits, and even kings all came together to listen to the Buddha teach.
