Only 4 textbooks attempted to define ‘racism’. The definitions were some version of interpersonal prejudice or discrimination on the basis of race.

Textbooks, generally, included a specialized racism-relevant chapter (e.g., “stereotyping, prejudice, & discrimination”). This characterization represents a racism-evasive conceptualization of the psychological phenomena.
