@rmattila74 I moved from a modern Roomba to a modern Roborock, and the latter was *way* better. It keeps the floor so clean I could eat off it, and gets into trouble a lot less often.

@rmattila74 Why did you stop the lithium, out of curiosity? I also take carbonate (well, citrate, since I add citric acid to help dissolve it), though pretty small amounts (1mg Li/d), just as a general neuroprotective measure.

These days, if you can at all run a task on GPU, the performance gain is massive.

@rmattila74 I can't imagine why anyone would write short scripts manually now.

Models still struggle with large projects, but they're getting better at those too. But with short scripts... I just don't understand why anyone would do it manually anymore.

Liner replacement is always a challenge, but HTS magnets are easier to set up in a demountable design to fully open up the vessel than LTS magnets. LTS magnets don't tolerate joints well; they quench too […]
