It's almost worth going back to Twitter just to see it all play out.
Most care home companies have large investor groups backing them. Any profit generally goes off shore. It's very rarely invested back into the homes.
As for the level of care, I've always found the carers to be earnest and hardworking who have genuine love and empathy for the residents.
