i think this is the last show anyone should be calling a sex-baiting show... there's so much more that it's telling, and i think you're just downplaying it.

and i'm not sure if we watched the same show, because there was not one scene in this episode where he was saved by any of his love interests. also, him flipping out countless times in one episode should've negated one of your points, but yeah, sure, let's just ignore that and say he was "saved".

how is it overriding narrative logic when it's a character being introduced to you on the first episode?!!! the story establishes the fact that our main character will do anything, except going out of his comfort zone or doing something that compromises his work.

also, some people may decide to sell themselves short, but not their work. this part is actually tricky, and that's why i don't think anyone should be calling the show inconsistent when we're only on the first episode. there's still time to explore that.

so instead of confronting someone for their opinion, i'm just gonna drop it here 😂

i'd be really glad to see solo projects from both of them too, but erm, a couple project would be lovely.
