It's still early days with this weight loss / muscle building journey but been wanting to share what I've been doing since late July.
I've lost around 8.9kg since the 26th of July. I'm immensely proud of myself, 4 days a week working out at home.
I aim to try and reach 120kg and go from there 💪🐻✨
