I think by default it automatically Output Velocity for non-translucent materials.
I was speaking about the parameter in the SPrite Renderer in Niagara :p

There is a setting into the Sprite Renderer where you can set the "Velocity Calculation" or something among those line to "Precise" it helps to reduce the Ghosting

It depends on your intended results, but when I have too much overdraw, I try to mix some masked and translucent sprites to try to balance performance/visuals

Main complaint I have about the game is that it was advertised as an accessible fighting games with no motions control etc.
When you look at gameplay, full of combo extender and combo that lasts 4-5+ seconds. No thanks 🫠
