Many parts of Europe and the US are uninsurable. A lot of those american mortgages have been securitised. When the properties default, there is no mitigation.

Thanks - from what i understand data is not stored. Data is sent for processing for credit decisions and pass thru US where they assert jurisriction. Is that right? Most countries have laws that prohibit data crossing borders. The servers, cloud or otherwise have to be physically in country.
